Perhaps the expression "work with" has been a little over-used of late and along with "partnerships", and other such well-worn words, sometimes it means less than its user would wish. It is the case that we work for education departments and schools after these bodies have approached us looking for assistance. Not to our surprise, we have found our professional and friendly approach helps matters along naturally. The confidentiality of our clients is of prime importance to us.
Although our clients' needs are quite varied, the consultation process is remarkably similar each time. After an initial approach to us we respond very quickly (something we take a pride in) with a visit and preliminary investigation. After agreeing terms the consultancy will proceed with the production of project management schemes, diagnostic reports and what we call "blueprints for improvement".
